- Pick up and drop off at train or airport station in Florence.
- Six nights accommodations in the Castello di Gabbiano.
- Seven daily breakfast.
- Five dinners at Il Cavaliere.
- One dinner at a local Pizzaria.
- Two lunches at Il Cavaliere.
- Three lunches at various Trattorias.
- Two cocktail parties.
- Two cooking classes with Fabrizio.
- Two wine seminars with Cornelia and Giancarlo.
- One cheese seminar with Cornelia.
- Walking tour of Florence and Siena with professional tour guides.
- Entrance to both the Uffuzi and Academia with professional tour guides.
- Entrance to Siena Cathedral and Torre de Mangia.
- All ground transportation to Florence , Sienna and surrounding wineries.
- Tour and wine tasting at two to three local wineries.

- When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming check-in and departure dates of your stay at Castello di Gabbiano. A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation (the card will be checked for validity).
- A deposit (30% of total bill) is required to hold reservations. Deposits may be paid with a American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
- Full payment for your stay at Castello di Gabbiano is due one week prior to depature.
- All additional bar charges will be settled directly with Castello di Gabbiano at checkout.
- Cancellation before 60 days will result in a $100 processing fee per person, but otherwise a full refund will be granted.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the bill for the total reserved time will be charged for cancellations made from 30 to 0 days before planned arrival.
- Those who fail to show up or cancel in advance via email, or phone will be charged for 100% of their confirmed reservation.
