• A Cellar360 VB Club Representative will contact you to obtain a valid credit card number to ensure your reservation of 3 slabs of VB.
• Your valid credit card will be charged for 3 slabs of VB every two months.
• We will tell you about 3 weeks before you can pick up your slabs (and if you park in Ghiradelli Square Parking Garage on pick-up day you can ask us for a ticket to discount your parking charges).
• If you can’t pick up your VB straight away, no worries, we’ll hold your beer at Cellar360 for 30 days.
• If you don’t pick up your slabs within 30 days, sorry, but you are a drongo and we’ll sell your slabs to someone else - we’ll give you your money back though.
• Sorry, we can’t ship VB anywhere for you so you have to come and pick it up - OK, stop your whinging!
• While you are at Cellar360 picking up your slabs, we’ll happily honor your club discount off on premise VB, wine, food and merchandise (sorry not on events, facility rentals or tastings).
• VB is not available at Cellar360 online, by mail or phone order or for delivery.
