Chris Langston, Hospitality Operations Manager
A certified Sommelier, Chris brings over 20 years of wine knowledge, education and hospitality experience to Cellar360. Chris has completed certification and training at both the School of Service and Hospitality and the Court of Master Sommeliers. Chris held a number of sommelier, distributor and retailer positions in Dallas Texas and San Francisco before landing most recently at Dean and Deluca in St. Helena, California as their Wine Specialist. Chris will be personally selecting the wines for retail and managing all aspect of the concierge and cellar service to our discriminating customers.
Kasey Passen, Culinary Specialist
Kasey defined her casual Mediterranean small-plate style while attending the Institute for Social and International Studies in Barcelona Spain. While in Spain, she immersed herself in Spanish Cuisine, which is known for the simplicity of its dishes and a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients. Equally versed in wine, Kasey’s deep appreciation of wine was cemented while traveling throughout South America and participating in harvest in Argentina. After attending Kendall College Culinary Arts program and the University of Michigan, Kasey has been most recently been focused on preparing sustainable on organic-ingredient dishes at Boulettes Larder Restaurant in San Francisco. Her dishes focus on the quality of the ingredients, and deliver full flavor and well-rounded seasonings.
Susan DeMatei, Consumer Sales Manager
Susan manages the website, catalog and Wine Club, and personally chooses wines for the Club from our cellar of over 400 to compare contrast and debate. She has worked in marketing and sales for over 17 years in the Boston and San Francisco bay area. A wine collector for over a decade, she moved to Napa three years ago and has conducted wine tastings and educational classes for tourist and locals in Napa and Sonoma. Susan has enjoyed extensive "research" herself by attending classes and tastings, as well as working harvest in Italy, France, Spain and South America. She holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Boston University and is currently working on a second viticulture degree at the Napa Valley College, as well as her Sommelier certification.
